Spring is traditionally a time for change; the weather (usually) improves, the nights get lighter making the days seem longer, gardens start to blossom and generally there is more colour around. Our showroom is no different, the annual sale has ended and most of the winter stock has now gone and new colourful ranges are arriving every day.
As we reported following our January buying trips, the trend is for bright warm colours and lots of fabric mixtures and so far we’re delighted with the new stock that has already arrived. But, it needn’t be a complete overhaul and all new furniture that you need to provide that Spring feeling; often it just needs some simple changes to brighten up your home.
You may consider some new wall coverings, and even then it may only be a ‘feature’ wall instead of the whole room. How about some new curtains, or maybe even just change the tie-backs? The new wallpaper and fabric collection from Osborne & Little is a great place to start and typical of the bright, bold statements you can make with some simple changes.
Even if you don’t want to go to the extent of redecorating, some new accessories can also make a difference to a freshly Spring cleaned room! We’ve picked out a selection of accessories in our showroom and put them together in a handy little edit for you in our picture gallery below.
Whether it’s lighting, clocks, mirrors, frames, soft furnishings or decorative ideas we have it sorted. As well as lots of fantastic human form sculptures there are some quirky pieces too – including colourful cockerels and dinosaur skeleton sculptures to bronze finish sleeping hares and stag head sculptures.
