We told you at the start of the year that we’d had some successful buying trips and that we were looking forward to the new stock arriving. It is always an exciting time and this year is no different, we are delighted with the furniture now filling the showroom. 

We pride ourselves in knowing what our customers like but there is one particular range that has definitely captured everyone’s attention. When setting the Topaz collection up in the showroom we knew it was something special, this is now being confirmed by the extremely positive reaction from customers who have seen it.

The Portuguese range is certainly eye-catching from every angle, the detail on the back of the sofa makes it perfect for open plan arrangements allowing it to take centre stage in your living room.

Indeed, much of the popularity appears to stem from the fact that the range includes sofas, sideboards, media units, occasional table, dining tables and chairs in one single look – ideal for open plan layouts where the space is used for living and dining.

Sofas and chairs are available in a wide range of fabrics (as pictured here), again making it ideal for daily use.  Alternatively, you can have it in leather if that is your preference.  The cabinet pieces are available in an equally wide spectrum of lacquered finishes complemented by a variety of wooden trims.

The designs also incorporate excellent use of technology; you can hide your TV receivers and gaming machines but still operate them via the systems discrete ‘magic eye’ technology.

In the dining area, flexibility is a key selling factor; the double extending table is easy to operate, but almost impossible to detect as an adjustable table whether it is fully extended or not.  And, the seating options are equally flexible, you can opt for elegantly designed chairs on one side and bench seating on the other – a choice that’s already proving very popular.

All in all, given the numerous features and its beautiful design, it’s really not difficult to see why it’s already proving to be a big hit with the customers who have seen it.  These pictures were taken in the showroom to give you an idea of what to expect, but you really need to visit the showroom and try it for yourself to fully appreciate just how good it is.
