The nights are drawing in, and the mornings are darker; suddenly, winter is arriving. Indeed, the clocks will go back on the 30th of this month, a sure sign that the seasons have changed when we all adjust our clocks to maximise daytime light.

We’ve also been focused on lighting this week because we’ve had several deliveries of table and floor lamps we ordered during our buying trips earlier in the year. Their arrival is timely as we all look to bring some warmth to our interiors, and what better way to do it than with some well-chosen lamps?  It’s incredible how you can completely transform the look and feel of a room by changing the lighting.

It’s also worth noting we don’t buy in bulk; we prefer to choose unusual pieces from carefully selected manufacturers so we can bring you something out of the ordinary.
