We knew the delivery date would be a while as this was explained on purchasing the item. We were contacted as promised and a date was agreed for delivery. Our item arrived as expected, the delivery men were curteous, we were asked if we were happy with the item before they left. When I called to pay the outstanding balance again we were asked if we were happy with the item. I have bought a couple of items from John ****** and have always been happy with their customer service.
