Having used John **** before, we knew their service levels were good. However, this time they exceeded our expectations. Having ordered our sofas, we had a delay in the work being done at the house. John **** stored the furniture for us for a couple of months until the house was ready. Definitely above and beyond normal service levels of any other shop we’ve bought things from.

We are delighted with the sofas and also the dining chairs that we got at an excellent price.
