John Dick and especially The sales assistant Lynne explained the alternatives e.g. Fabrics,colours etc available.She listened to our ideas for our living room,which for us was a complete cotrast to anything we had done before and encouraged us.Lynne was also very patient with us over many visits to allow us to make the decision in our own time.
