Gradually, things are returning to normal at John Dick & Son. The showroom is now fully open, and we are working our normal business hours. All of the Government’s recommended social distancing advice is in operation to ensure your comfort and safety as you browse the in the store. But, what about the measures we have implemented when delivering your furniture?
The new delivery procedures ensure your furniture is delivered to you to the same high standard we have always achieved; but now, we pay even greater attention to safety. Our primary concern is for your security and the safety of our delivery staff. As usual, we will call to arrange a delivery time with you. On the call, we will ask you to confirm that nobody in your home is showing any symptoms of coronavirus.
Before we set out to make your delivery, we will thoroughly sterilise the delivery vehicle and any tools that we may need to build your furniture. This process is repeated after each delivery is complete.
Our delivery team will be wearing masks, and they will remain at least two meters away from anyone in your household at all times.
All of these measures are designed to everyone involved in the delivery process. If you require us to take any additional steps, please inform our staff at the time we call to arrange delivery of your order. Your safety, comfort and peace of mind are our primary concerns, so we will try to accommodate any special requests.
