Over the last couple of weeks we’ve seen lots of places hosting their Christmas Lights ‘switch-on’ events; families have turned out to see the Christmas decorations and lights in their home cities and towns and their spirits are lifted with the sparkle and colour of the occasion which gets everyone in the Christmas mood.

Lights do change moods. One of the best and most economical ways to change the mood in any room is the lighting. Whether it’s soft light from occasional lamps, or the sparkly effect from well chosen ceiling lights, you can set the tone by the way you light your rooms.
