A little note to thank you most sincerely for repairing my bedroom chair.
I know that you said it wouldn’t be ‘perfect’ but I assure you it is great for me and lovely to have it back in my bedroom, where it sits one wouldn’t be able to see the repair.
I think it specially kind of you to waive any charges thus saving me my no-claims bonus which means a lot in these times.
