Service was very good and delivery was excellent. Liked that they put felt on the legs as we have a wooden floor. As the service had been so good I had expected a call from someone to check that the chair had been delivered okay and to see if I was happy with it. Was a bit disappointed not to get one and this seems like a poor alternative.
