We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt, if, for any reason we are unable to do so we advise you by e-mail stating the reason and/or the expected despatch date. In the event of not hearing from you we will despatch at the earliest possible date. You may cancel the order at any time before despatch.
Late orders will often be posted the following day.
Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be usually be sent out on Monday.
All goods should arrive in first class condition within 28 days. If they do not, please contact us and we will arrange an immediate replacement to be sent.
